Last updated: 28 June 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Klassical Holdings LTD ("Klassical", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit our website, interact with our ventures, contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, or otherwise engage with our services.

Klassical Holdings LTD is a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 16964688, with its registered office at 54 Lancewood Crescent, Barrow-In-Furness, England, LA13 0UG. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller of personal data described in this policy.

You can contact us at any time at admin@klassicalholdings.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity & contact data — name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company name and job title that you provide when contacting us or requesting information.
  • Communications data — the content of messages, emails, WhatsApp chats, contact-form submissions and any attachments you send to us.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, time zone, referring URL and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and server logs.
  • Marketing & preferences data — your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.

We do not knowingly collect special category personal data and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

3. How we use your data and our lawful bases

  • Responding to enquiries via email, phone, contact form or WhatsApp — legitimate interests / pre-contract steps.
  • Providing and administering our services and ventures — performance of a contract.
  • Operating, securing and improving our website — legitimate interests.
  • Sending service updates and (where opted in) marketing — consent / legitimate interests.
  • Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.

4. WhatsApp Business communications

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and its affiliates) to communicate with customers and prospective customers who choose to message us. When you contact us via WhatsApp:

  • We process your phone number, profile name and the content of your messages (including any media you send) solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service you have requested and keep a record of our correspondence.
  • We do not send marketing messages on WhatsApp without your prior opt-in, and you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
  • Meta processes WhatsApp messages under its own terms and privacy policy, available at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Sharing your personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Our group ventures (including Mediplex and Klassical Fulfillment & Logistics UK) where required to deliver a service you have requested.
  • Trusted service providers acting as our processors — including hosting, email, analytics, customer-support and communications providers (such as Meta for WhatsApp).
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers, where appropriate.
  • Regulators, courts or law enforcement where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Meta) are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Enquiry correspondence is typically retained for up to 24 months; records relating to contracts and transactions are retained for 6 years from the end of the relationship in line with HMRC requirements.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and supplier due diligence — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to our processing;
  • request portability of data you provided to us;
  • withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent; and
  • lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

To exercise any of these rights, use our Data Requests form or email admin@klassicalholdings.com. We will respond within one month.

10. Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies required for it to function. Where we use analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will request your consent through a cookie banner. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be notified via our website or by email where appropriate.
